🌕🌚我哋去越南之前已經做好資料蒐集，越南曾經係法國嘅殖民地，所以我哋決定係峴港試吓法國菜，揀左 Le Rendez Vous
Our table is just next to the Eiffel Tower🗼,haha. The environment inside the restaurant is absolutely beautiful.
我哋咁啱就坐係埃菲爾鐵塔🗼隔離，哈哈。餐廳入面嘅環境真係好靚呀！
前菜：
We eating this too rush since we’re hungry, forgot to take photo of the menu and we can’t remember what’s this appetiser name. It taste a bit foie gras inside, we cut it into a little piece and put the pickle on top of the bread. 💥
因為我哋太肚餓所以食得好急，唔記得咗影低個餐牌，又諗唔返起個名。食落有少少鵝肝醬喺裏面，我哋將佢剪成細細舊，放喺麵包上面食，或者加埋側邊嘅醃黃瓜食又有一番新感覺。💥
主菜：
Boeuf Bourguignon; Boeuf à la Bourguignonne. Taste of French in Da Nang💋 the spaghetti is a bit too hard for us, we put some sauce to make it be soft.
在峴港吃到法國味道的紅酒燉牛肉💋 意粉係Al dente 煮得比較硬身，我哋將醬汁淋係意粉上面將佢變軟
Mushroom sauce rib eye, steak surface fired to crisp, the middle still in pink, and we have to say the art of display are surprising us🌈
蘑菇汁肉眼扒，牛扒表面先至脆身，切開中間仍然有粉紅色部分，有肉汁，不得不讚佢咁有藝術感嘅擺啲方法令我哋好驚喜🌈
